Manny Martinez
Chief Executive Officer
Manny started his career as an accountant but switched to marketing so he could help generate the numbers, not just report them. As such, he enjoys learning about Liphatech's customers in order to provide products that meet their needs. In his free time, he loves coaching sports. Matt Elderbrook
Business Manager – Animal Health
Matt’s career in rodent control started in 2006 and he prides himself on being a resource his clients can rely on when they have questions. He believes continuous learning and helping others are keys to success. Matt joined Liphatech after taking two years off to travel around the world: although he’s visited more than 40 different countries, chips and salsa remain his favorite food. Chuck Hathaway
Senior Marketing Manager - AG / Field Division
Chuck has always appreciated a good tagline, and since there are more rodents than people in the world, he figured a career in pest control marketing was a safe bet. He also likes snails, because they’re easy to catch. Watch his video to learn more about Chuck.
Jesse Heiking
Senior Marketing Manager - Animal Health Division
Jesse lives by the core values such as integrity first, hard work, and excellence in all we do, instilled from 5 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force. So it's no surprise Liphatech hired him for a marketing position before he even graduated college. You'll often find him working on sales programs or on farms with customers, learning first-hand improvements to current products or new product development opportunities. Matthew Titshaw
Business Manager - Structural Pest Control
Matthew started in pest control straight out of college and quickly grew to love the management and sales aspects of the job. His job at Liphatech combines these with customers he considers "some of the nicest people around." After 20 years of competitive softball, Matt now competes regularly in tennis tournaments. Inda Pawlak
Marketing Manager - Structural Pest Control
Inda’s role in marketing enables her to wear many hats and work with a diverse group of people throughout the company. She has been in the pest management industry since 2012 and finds the strong work ethic of people in the industry admirable. Her favorite food is dark chocolate with a glass of red wine – a combination that’s tough to beat. To learn more about Inda, watch the video.
John Murphy
CO2 Development and Implementation Manager
John is a pest control expert who has been with Liphatech for almost 20 years. A natural problem-solver, he enjoys troubleshooting customer challenges and helping his customers grow their business. His favorite movie is Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein. To find out more, watch John's video.
Jason Price
National Technical Support Manager
Agriculture is in Jason’s DNA. Inspired by his grandfather’s contribution to agricultural education, Jason has worked in ag-based research, service and poultry production for over 20 years. His ability to effectively manage, coordinate, schedule and supervise operations helps teams win in and on the field. Watch his video to learn more.
Chris Morales
R&D/Field Support Manager
Chris started his career as a laboratory biologist working directly with rats and mice. His efforts led to the development of new product formulations and other innovations. In his current role, he enjoys educating customers on the science of rodenticides and their role in protecting public health. Off the clock, Chris likes collecting vinyl records and hiking Southern California.
Nick Fugate
Canada Sales Manager - Structural Pest Control
Nick’s approach to customers is a move inspired by his mother. As a former waitress, she used to turn her “regulars” into family members – a strategy Nick employs today at Liphatech, “I love the idea of turning customers into family.” A self-proclaimed fountain of useless knowledge, Nick is a great partner to have at trivia night. Michael Brownell
Canada Sales Manager - Agricultural Division
Having grown up in it, Michael considers agriculture a lifestyle, not a job, so it’s no surprise he was recognized as Liphatech’s Outstanding Ag Field Rep in 2018 and 2013. His favorite pest is the Richardson Ground Squirrel, because of how fun they are to shoot. Watch the video to hear more about Michael.
